Definelty close to Main St. We had a girls trip & it was so fun. The house was clean, decorated adorable & beds were very comfortable! Our only slightly (I don’t want to say negative) was the access to Main St at night. The sidewalk was across the street. With that said our Lyfts were around 10 ea. way so It wasn’t a big deal for us to Lyft considering the cost of the houses closer to Main were a lot more expensive

This house surpassed any expectations we had. The home is so cozy, beautifully design and well appointed. My adult son and I had a wonderful Thanksgiving experience. It was different since my other children had to be other places. The house was a good part of that reason. We could easily walk back and forth to Main Street a couple times a day and it was so holiday festive. We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone!

My mom and I went for a weekend stay and have nothing but great things to say! The owners were very communicative and response time was immediate. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable. I even left something there by accident and she mailed it to me! We will definitely rent again.

Girls annual weekend getaway

This cottage was perfect for our annual “girls” weekend. She house was incredibly clean and in a good location. It was a little further from Main than we anticipated (long 6 blocks at night!), but UBER was only $5 on a Saturday night. Host communicated very well and had waters in the refrigerator for us. Check out process was easy and we were not required to clean the entire house like many ask! Only surprise is that the shower is overhead in the ceiling. Not a bad thing, but may be good to know for other guests. Such a gem and we look forward to staying here again in the future!

Fredericksburg long weekend

House is extremely clean, orderly, and delightful. Close to Main Street, with one king, two singles, and a common bath. Price for what you get, and the location, is excellent. One caution is that walking to town (approximately .5 miles), is done on a little stretch about 300 yards with no sidewalk. There is ample grass pathway, so it is not an issue, and is not a safety concern, but should be recognized. All in all, next time my wife and I venture to Fredericksburg, we will see if this property is available.
