Don't miss your chance to stay at the brand-new Guten Morgan Haus (German for "good morning!" and a play on words referencing the owner's family name), a centrally located, beautifully appointed 3/2 home with all the modern features you could ask for. Amenities of the home include a full kitchen and dining area, spacious bedrooms all with flatscreen TVs, indoor wood-burning fireplace, washer/dryer exclusively for guest use, and a spacious outdoor entertaining area complete with a private hot tub, fire-pit, grill, and seating area! In addition, this home has the perfect location. It is nestled on a quiet street just 2 blocks from downtown and all Fredericksburg has to offer!

Inside the home you will find a queen-size bedroom with an ensuite bath, and 2 additional king & queen size bedrooms with a full shared bath. There is an additional sleeper sofa in the living room, bringing the total occupancy to 7. The bedrooms all feature flatscreen TVs, spacious closets, and plenty of designer touches to make you feel right at home!

The main living area is a bright, spacious open-concept with a large living room completed by a flatscreen TV and wood-burning fireplace, a dining table for 8, and a full kitchen with all new appliances (plus additional breakfast bar seating)! In the kitchen you will also find a Keurig machine and a regular coffee pot, making this home ideal for breakfast aficionados and the discerning coffee drinker. Also in the home is a laundry room with full size machines, exclusively for guest use, meant to provide an extra level of convenience and comfort!

Outside, you will find a large, sunny porch with a private hot tub and plenty of seating for your whole group. Also around the firepit are traditional wood log benches, reminiscent of camping trips with the family and s'mores around the campfire! The front porch also features two oversized rocking chairs, ideal for peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The home was beautifully updated, spotless, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—convenient, quiet, and felt very safe, which was especially important to us as five women staying for the weekend. Every bed was extremely comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax without ever feeling crowded. The hot tub was clean and in perfect working condition, which we enjoyed so much. One of the best surprises was not having any cleaning chores upon departure—such a lovely bonus that truly made the stay feel relaxing from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend this home!

I would book this again.

We had a girls trip and chose the Guten Morgan Haus as our stay and we were very happy with the house. The house was well stocked with very nice plates, glasses and all the things you need. All the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were very clean. The house is on a very quiet street and we felt safe.

Had a nice time in this beautiful comfortable house. The house was very spacious lots of room to read a good book or relax. The outdoor patio was nice. The beds were comfortable and bedrooms were spacious as well. Great area to walk every am. Never felt unsafe. Not far from downtown or Walmart for all of your needs.

We loved staying at Guten Morgan Haus! From the moment we walked in we felt at home. The house was neat and clean and suited our needs. Walking Distance was a plus!

First off, we loved that the house was walking distance to Main Street! The house was very clean! We had hoped it would be decorated for Christmas, since we were celebrating early with family. To be aware, the master bedroom that had the connecting bath, had what seemed like a full size bed, it was really small. The middle bedroom is large and has a king bed with a 2nd bathroom next door in the hallway. Our main complaint was the furniture not being comfortable. All 3 beds were very uncomfortable, everyone complained of hurting backs and lack of sleep because of it. The sofas in the living room were hard as well. We stayed here for 3 nights.

Gluten Morgan home was a very clean cute home. They did a great job on the renovations and it had everything we needed. With that said, if you need firm pillows definitely bring your own pillows and these had barely any support.

Guten Morgan is a stunning home! It is so much more spacious than I originally thought, perfect size for what we needed. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and a super convenient location. 5/5! Our whole family loved it!

Beautiful house, loud neighbor and not so good costumer service

The house is lovely and everything inside makes you feel at home, with an ambience that is very cozy, the patio is also very nice. The only big problem and the main reason why I chose the rating "would not stay here again" is the neighbors, during our stay the house next door was having a huge pool party, with several cars parked even in front of the house, the party was so loud, people was screaming, loud music and lights, we went to rest and we couldn't enjoy the last night of our stay. The 24/7 phone number provided for texts and calls does not work and I suggested the management to improve this service.

Absolutely the best stay!

My husband and I just enjoyed a long weekend at the most amazing house! Where to begin?!? The house is gorgeous! Immaculate! Perfect location! We walked everywhere-- Main Street is right around the corner, yet the street itself is perfectly quiet. Everything was thought of and made perfect here! Everything is brand new (remodeled house), and every detail was thought of. Every time we thought of something, it was there! Need a pair of scissors-- right here! Want some K-cups coffee-- provided! We washed our clothes which was a bonus! We had more than enough room for the two of us, and could easily have brought our family. The beds are comfortable, towels and amenities provided. Big screen TV we could log in and stream our shows. Comfortable couches and other furniture. The most beautiful hand-crafted wood tables and other furniture. The pictures don't do the house justice! Even the yard was gorgeous. We loved everything and look forward to coming back!
