Porch Light Hospitality presents No. 1, a cozy, modern private suite in a fully renovated 1900’s home in Fredericksburg, Tx. Located just one block from the historic Main Street, No. 1 is the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that the Hill Country has to offer. As one of six unique and private guest suites, No. 1 provides a private getaway on a local street with a prime location. We absolutely loved our stay! We have kids and don’t get a lot of time to relax just us two and read a book! And this place allowed us to do that so comfortably!! We loved Fredericksburg but we also loved just staying in and relaxing!

Precious house and amenities!

This house was so perfect for my husband and I to have a quick getaway. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was gorgeous, and the hot tub was a major cherry on top. So close to down town. Quiet even with other guests nearby. We will definitely be coming back and recommending this spot to others.

Great anniversary stay

My husband and I wanted an overnight getaway for our 54th anniversary. We found your property was just right. I was a little concerned about the possibility of road noise since we were in Unit 1 and I’m a light sleeper. I slept like a baby! The bed was so comfortable and I didn’t hear any traffic. The unit was nice and clean and well equipped. Thanks for a great place to stay. We’ll be back.

Can't wait to reserve this property again

Upon arrival, we knew we must book this place again and attempt to reserve the others units with friends next trip. The location is a 10-15 minute walk to everything on Main Street. A convenient location and the unit is cozy, updated, and spacious. We loved the hot tub and the bed provided a good night's rest as well. We absolutely loved it!! Can't wait to return.PS: the porch swing was an added bonus.

Great little get away

This one room efficiency was perfect for me and my wife. It was a little further from the center of town than I thought because i had never been but plenty of stuff to walk to. The bed was awesome, walk in shower was great and the hot tub was relaxing.

Cutest Stay In Fredericksburg

We really enjoyed our stay in unit No. 1. It was a quick walk to Main Street and the neighborhood was just the cutest. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was right out of a dream and the two chairs were perfect for eating breakfast and enjoying our coffee. The host were outstanding with excellent conversation. My husband and I spent the 4th of July In Fredericksburg and I would recommend it. The parade was awesome! Also, the firework show at Lady Bird State Park was the best!
