What a lovely property with plenty of spaces to spread out! The deer that welcomed us were amazing! We particularly liked the large open living spaces. It was also just a few minutes away from downtown and all the amenities. We highly recommend this house!

From beginning to end it was a very pleasant stay. Check in process was smooth and effortless. The house is very spacious and very welcoming. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. I came here with some friends from college and had the most amazing stay! So close to all the wineries and town. The outside area and pool were even better than the pictures and we had a beautiful dinner outside one night. Love this house and host was very responsive and made for such an easy weekend trip!

Great Time Was Had!!!

We had a fantastic time at this property, and Jess, the hostess, was wonderful—extremely responsive and attentive. We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 65th birthday with family and friends, and the location couldn’t have been better. It’s conveniently close to downtown Fredericksburg and several nearby wineries, making it easy to enjoy all the area has to offer. The pool was a pleasant surprise—larger and cleaner than we expected. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay!
