Wow, the wife and I cannot say enough good things about our wonderful stay. First off was the location. You can't beat it! Secondly, the hot tub actually worked. We have rented to other places and the hot tub did not work but was advertised. Lastly, the accommodations themselves. It was very clean and high quality everything. We could not ask for a better place to stay and will be renting again. It is a romantic getaway and it did not disappoint. The only comment that is not negative but the renter needs to be aware of is the parking situation. We got a spot behind the units but parking is limited. The good thing is once you park you leave it for the weekend and walk everywhere. Yes it is that close to the shops and eateries!

Very disappointed with the outside courtyard and how filthy it was. It appeared it hadn't been swept out or picked up for sometime. There were beer bottle caps, & lids to energy drinks everywhere. Hot tub & outside furniture was disgusting. However the inside portion was great and clean. It was like staying at a St. Regis inside & a Super 8 outside. Tell them to loose the plastic foliage those contribute to the nastiness.

Yearly Getaway

Cutest little suite ever located one block off of main street. Centrally located near shopping and dining areas.Weather was perfect to enjoy coffee and a book on the patio. Did not get a chance to use the hot tub, but it was clean and ready for use. Will definitely book again.

Loved the place with the outdoor area. The area got a little loud on Weekday mornings with delivery trucks and trash trucks. Also needs more privacy in the outdoor area gate side when enjoying the hot tub.

Amazing hideaway

The location is situated very close to all of the shops in Fredericksburg and is a very easy walk. The actual rental was even better in person than the pictures. My girlfriend and I loved our stay there and can’t wait to go back again. The outdoor fireplace and sitting area are very cozy and with the privacy fence you feel like you are worlds away from the rest of Fredricksburg

Great Stay

This was our first time visiting Fredericksburg. Staying here was perfect! Perfect location - one block off Main St. which is convenient walking distance to many bars and shops. This place was like a retreat! So cozy! We loved the patio as well. We enjoyed the hot tub and the outdoor fireplace. (Unfortunately the hot tub wasn’t working the first day of our stay, but it was serviced asap.) My one and only complaint about this property is that the walls are not very sound proof. We could clearly hear our adjacent neighbors. Other than that, this was the perfect getaway! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location adjacent to the main Shopping/Restaurant Row

They did a great job in developing a narrow property into multiple units. First class structure with nice patio/entrance area. Hot tub with fireplace was great. Bookended by a bank and church, its kind-of stuck in there - but it's all about location. Cost is pushing value with cleaning/vrbo fees, but our experience was exceptional.

Amazing and Beautiful!

My wife and I went here for her birthday. This is a beautiful and amazing place to stay! The owners have done a wonderful job making it look nice, keeping it clean and making this a perfect couples getaway place to stay! It comes with romance by means of an indoor fire place, outdoor fire place and jacuzzi. There is a large outdoor patio to lounge and enjoy the outdoors. Not to mention, the shower is amazing! In regards to to location, it is perfect! It is a short walk through a small alley to Main Street for shopping and food. It is off the Main Street to allow for privacy and limited noise. I would highly recommend this to anyone and we will for sure be making this a regular place to stay for weekends in the future!
