We really liked the proximity to shopping and dining--easy walking distance from the property. The continental breakfasts were great. Our only disappointment was a slight "odor" noticed in the room and the intermittent television service. We look forward to staying there again, though.

While quaint and close to downtown, the bed was uncomfortable and smelled like dogs. The floor was gritty. If you like bright lights shinning in the window all night long from the storage facility next door then this is the place for you. The dirty swimming pool was not a bonus. We did appreciate how near it is to downtown making our dining and entertainment choices easy.

Room was clean, sheets on bed had stains. Breakfast was store bought muffins, no hot breakfast. Coffee was colored water. We have a 10 lb dog, it was 20 extra a night. I know it cost 75 to a 100 a night at other places, This is why we stayed here.

Adorable cottage in the heartnof Fredericksburg.

Wonderful place in the heart of Fredericksburg. We had a 2 bedroom cottage with full kitchen and back patio. Very dog friendly with lots of lawn and numerous dog potty stations.
