The location of this unit is unbeatable, just a few minutes drive from Main St. and conveniently located to everything Fredericksburg has to offer! Featuring a King bed (plus a Queen sleeper sofa!) this cozy unit sleeps a total of 4. Inside is a full kitchen with all the essentials, including a coffee maker with all the necessities, and everything else you might need! Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. - Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:

2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, we could tell it was well cared for and felt almost brand new. The location was perfect—close enough to Main Street for convenience, yet tucked away so we could truly enjoy the peace and quiet. One thing that really stood out for me was the bed; I've stayed in plenty of places, but this was hands down the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on during a vacation. After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hot tub was the cherry on top. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back for another trip. Highly recommend!

Second time staying - just as perfect as the first.

I was very happy to return to this great space. Great layout. Kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom is lovely (shower is ) and beds are very comfortable. Loved the outdoor space and made very good use of the washer and dryer. A little off the beaten path but was nice and quiet and was just what I needed. Thank you for another great week.
