The well-appointed kitchen has all brand new Café’ appliances, marble waterfall countertops and even a nugget style ice maker to enhance your stay. Each of the three king bedrooms are elegantly adorned with plush bedding, blackout shades and custom closet organization for your serene ambiance and restful night’s sleep. Embrace the quiet surroundings as you step outside to a new Trex porch dining and extra seating area with built-in lighting. A custom timber frame pavilion beckons you to enjoy its amenities. The large wood-burning stone fireplace and a six person hot tub invites you to sink into its warm embrace and let your cares melt away. Indulge your senses in the beauty of nature as you savor a glass of local wine in our peaceful destination. White Oak Haus is nestled between main street and all your favorite winery destinations on Hwy 290. This peaceful destination offers the best of both worlds and a place to make memories with your friends and loved ones.

- IMPORTANT: Please know, the indoor fireplace are not operational and not advertised under amenities. For decor purposes only, do not use during your stay.

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, Effective Monday, February 2, 2026: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.

As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please allow all hot coals to cool completely inside the grill before disposing of them. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. If it is discovered that the fire pits/chimineas/outdoor fireplaces were used or wood was burned during your stay, a fine starting at $100 will be applied. This is a serious fire safety issue, and we kindly ask that you comply with all city-mandated regulations. Thank you for your understanding!



Please know, for this area fencing is prohibited. Due to this, there is no privacy fencing. There is also 3 security cameras facing the street, the driveway area and the back door. None facing the pavillion or hot tub area.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the house, outdoor area and covered carport. Guests will access the house with a keypad.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet and safe neighborhood. Please know, for this area fencing is prohibited. Due to this, there is no privacy fencing.



Getting Around:

White Oak Haus is nestled between main street and all your favorite winery destinations on Hwy 290. This house is 3.4 miles from Downtown Fredericksburg. We do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!



Other Things to Note:

- This property is not pet friendly.



- This property is not suitable for children/infants, must be 18 years or older.



- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.



- NO smoking allowed.



- There is a stray cat in the area, often referred to as the "neighborhood cat" by locals. This cat roams around the neighborhood and may make an appearance during your stay. Please do not feed the cat. While the cat is very friendly and might approach you, it should not be allowed inside at any time.
