Welcome to our beautiful 2 level townhouse located in uptown Fredericton. Enjoy the convenience of being just minutes away from the downtown core, shopping centres, local breweries, and only minutes away from the highway. This spacious and open concept living space includes 2 bedrooms (queen beds in each), laundry, 1.5 bath, air conditioning, and wifi. Our townhouse has it's own entrance, and small deck area to enjoy a beautiful evening outside.

The townhouse has an open concept feel, with a beautiful granite countertop in the kitchen for easy cleanup. There is also a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs has a full bath, laundry, and 2 bedroom with queen beds.

Only one car is allowed per unit in the parking lot. IF you have more than one vehicle, please park at the end of the building on the dead end street.

Wonderful

Beautiful place with a nicely equipped kitchen. The bottom floor is open between kitchen, dining and living room. Beautiful island and the 1/2 bath downstairs was great.The 2 bedrooms upstairs are spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Large bathroom with double sinks.Quiet location and lots of trees bordering the property.Would highly recommend to anyone else.Would highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay. Had all of the amenities that we needed. Only criticisms: better Wifi as the signal was only strong enough for consistent use when you were near the router in the same room; clear instructions on how to operate television - needed to turn on TV manually, not with remote
