This west-facing condo offers spectacular Caribbean Sunset Views from the screened porch, where you can hear the ocean waves.

Enjoy the constant, cooling trade winds (no AC, ceiling fans provide additional comfort), the community pool, and direct beach access.

Perfect for couples seeking a peaceful getaway. The unit features a fully equipped kitchen.

Enjoy the tropical breeze from four different directions through the numerous windows in each room.

You will have the entire space to yourself, with amazing views, and you will be able to hear the sound of the ocean.

The unit is on the 2nd floor, and you need to climb a set of steps to reach it.

The condo association does not allow children under 16, so this is an excellent place for a private, romantic getaway! Unit in this 18-unit complex.

There are ceiling fans, and a cool breeze flows through the unit thanks to its proximity to the ocean! There is no a/c in the unit.



Guest access
In order to gain access to the gated community you MUST meet with our greeter to get you inside of the community.

This is only needed for the first time you arrive to check in. Our greeter will give you access to the gate and the unit keys and provide a walk-through of the property.

Other things to note
There is an outdoor shower near the beach access to wash off any sand before coming upstairs into the unit.

Theo is a very good host. He replies within a reasonable amount of time to messages sent to him. He definitely wants to make sure we are having a good stay and welcomes feedback relative to any issues that may arise. Working with Theo through VRBO is seamless.

We Love St. Croix - West is Best

This is the 3rd condo we've stayed at in this small (18 units) complex called Harbour Beach Village. It is a second floor corner unit and without a doubt the best one we've stayed in. We are booked again in 2026. The 4 stars for cleanliness were because we observed several areas that could have been cleaned better. We provided feedback to the Host, Theo and he was glad to receive the information. The pictures on the HBV website definitely convey the interior of the unit.

Snorkeling right in back of property was amazing, short drive to Frederiksted. first time staying on that side of st croix and loved it. Property is as described. will astay there again.

Love the beach

We have stayed on the property before so we are familiar. We love the fact that we can walk out the door and jump in the water and get some of the best snorkeling on the island, just turn left and jump in and also a plus turn right and a short walk to sandy beaches. The pier is a short drive or long walk. We also like having the pool on the property. Being a second floor end unit you get a nice breeze through the bedroom so sleeping is awesome. If I had to complain it would be about the internet but spotty and inconsistent speeds are more about the island service, steaming can be an issue but we didn't go there to watch TV just the gorgeous sunsets.

The condo did NOT have air conditioning. I don’t recall that in description. Daytime temperature 90’s. Nights 80’s. The walk in gate in front was not working correctly. The host were responsive. We informed the were only Two wash clothes. They drop four extra.

Beautiful View and snorkeling

Spacious condo worked great for our family of 4 adults
 being on the second level
 the view from the spacious lanai/ veranda is incredible.. you will see turtles and if it’s a good week maybe some dolphins like we did ! Also a spacious living room, modest but functional furniture
well equipped kitchen with everything you will need .. double sink vanity bathroom with nice shower..the outside grounds and common areas are very nice 
 chairs and tables .. we used the grill a couple nights , the pool and deck area is very nice and very well kept and clean ..on site caretaker was nice and very helpful if needed .. couple things of note 
 the condos are surrounded by fence for protection .. on one hand it feels safe to leave all your belongings while your gone .. on the other hand it does affect the view in some regards 
 also the ocean front immediately in front is rocky ( which is best for snorkeling and this is why I go .so I like that 
. the sea life in front is the best right along this stretch of ocean front ..a beautiful sandy beach is just a few hundred yards north 
 Sandy point when open is just a minute drive south and can walk to it from there .. Overall a great affordable place
 that can accommodate 4 
I will go back ..

Dream place to stay. Incredible views and great host

Incredible 180 degree views of the blue ocean. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need and can think of. Essential condiments like oil, salt , sugar were provided . There was NO Air conditioning , but the lovely breeze compensated for it. It is a bit away from christianstead where major tours start from , but it was also very peaceful and quiet. The sound of ocean waves will put you to sleep in no time.

Nice place on West side.

Great location to stay on west side. Short trips to all the needs, restaurants, shops, etc. Fantastic spot for snorkling/swimming, entry is a bit rough, but water is great, but there is also a pool and a grill :) Great place to stay and dive on the west side, Pier is a must night dive location. Apartment itself is huge and more than enough room for 4 guests for sure, full kitchen with everything you may need.
