There's a restaurant on site. You can unwind with a drink at one of the 2 bars/lounges. WiFi is free in public spaces. Victoria House also features an outdoor pool, a garden, and a picnic area. A complete renovation of Victoria House was completed in December 2021.
This Victorian Frederiksted guesthouse is smoke free.
/We had a great stay at Victoria house. The property was clean and right next to the beach where there is turtle watching and snorkeling. Plenty of places to get food and right next to the center of arts. The town is quaint but with a 20 minute drive to anything you may want to do. The bar next to it gets pretty loud but closes early. We would stay here again. for price, location and overall experience.
Our stay was awesome on this truly amazing island and the areas reachable from the hotel by foot. The hotel was beautiful, clean and well organized. Our stay would have be perfect, if it was a little less noisy and the bed was less soft.
The Coral Reef room were in is in a public courtyard with a dog rescue and bar right next to it. We would like to have stayed in the mainhouse which I imagine would have been quieter. As it was there is noise early in the morning and throughout the day and night. There is also a stage right outside the room where there is live music or DJ. It is also attached to an adjacent wall with someone who plays aggressive loud beat music which was every night till about midnight. Nice room but if you seek quiet, which I do as a musician when I;m not working, it wasn't a restful stay.
We enjoyed our stay at the Victoria House. The location was great, right in the middle of town, an easy walk to restaurants, stores, bars and the beach. We snorkeled at the pier across the street from the property. The staff was responsive when contacted. We enjoyed the Ruff Dog bar on property.
This property was perfect for our overnight stay.
We needed a place to stay on the West end of St. Croix because we had an event early the next morning.
The property was convenient, nice amenities in the room, clean, and nicely located.
owners have done a nice job maintaining and modifying this historic building for its overnight use
Property managers were very good at proactively communicating expectations.
We didnât get to tour around the West End of St. Croix very much on this trip. But thereâs plenty to do and see on the West End of St. Croix.
Thank you!
The ideal destination for an unforgettable St. Croix sunset. Nestled right on the beach, it offers breathtaking snorkeling adventures. The property is stunningly beautiful and uniquely captivating. We cherished our stay.
Really cute eclectic property right in the middle of Fredericksted. Large room with great view of the pier. Easy to walk lots of places. Very responsive staff. Fantastic stay.
Victoria House is an eclectic property with a lot of charm and fantastic rooms. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and activities. Short walk to the pier and beach.
Great historic building that has kept its character, unlike some places on St. Croix that look historic outside but have been stripped and hollowed out inside. It makes for quirky rooms, slightly strange steps and narrower passages than today's standards. But nothing dangerous to the reasonably fit. Clean. Along the waterfront. I would recommend and stay again.
The property itself is fine. The music at night is incredibly loud, although we were there during Christmas and I guess this is how they celebrate. The music went on until 4am!
Victoria House is a boutique hotel in downtown Frederiksted, right across from the water. The hotel is eclectic, beautiful and relaxing and it felt like home. Each room is special and welcoming. There is a small wading pool surrounded by nice pool chairs and tables. On site there is a bar called Ruff Night, run by a dog rescue and adoption group. Some days puppies are there! There is also a restaurant on site, separate from the hotel, but so convenient. âFlyersâ has amazing food cooked by Chef Joe Smith who had such a good menu I ate there four times! I canât say enough about Brian, the manager of the hotel. Before I even arrived, we corresponded and he had introduced me to a couple of local people who could help me with my ancestry mission. He made me feel like family. I canât wait to go back!
