Great staff and a nice and clean room. The island is great for hiking og training. We also had long swims in the fjord.

A not so lovely get away
The tom was ok. Below normal hotel standard. The “spa” area had som sort of bug or flea, so we had to leave the pool. Our room was on the second floor, and the people on the first floor were smoking at the smell came straight into our room. Also we could hear absolutely everything they said. We ordered one beer and one chocolate. By chech out the bill was on 200 kr. A ridiculous amount for a drink and piece of chocolate. Also there were extra costs on the ferry and for parking by the ferry. The parking cost is a lot more expensive than what the hotel says on their website. Norway is beautiful, and the cost is beautiful. I would recommend staying somewhere else than hankø.

Overall a nice spot with a few concerns.
The place was nice overall but future guests need to be informed a few key items. The boat shuttle needed to get to the island charges for each trip taken, the parking next to the dock costs, we were told there was laundry services but they had none and the mattresses on the beds were very thin and a bit uncomfortable.

Ved ankomst følte vi at vi kom til «hotell i særklasse»,tilbake i tid. Det ble gitt tvetydig beskjeder om fergetransporten. Vi var i et privat selskap på Slevik og ble lovt fergetransport kl 01.50 da vi bestilte rom,noe som ble gjort om til 01 ved innsjekk. Tre par av oss sjekker inn samtidig,to av parene betalte 2100,mens jeg 2425,- Samme rom,forskjellig pris! Gleden var stor med Rituals produkter på badet,noe det ikke var i beholderene. Frokosten var heller ikke noe å skryte av. Virkelig på tide å pusse opp. Dette var vårt dårligste hotellopplevelse.
