● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 3 pets are allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Large Groups: We love hosting church groups and large family gatherings, however groups over the size of 16 guests must be approved prior to booking.

● Parking: There is room for up to 5 cars in the driveway.

The adjacent kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances and ample counter space, making meal preparation a breeze. Further back, the living room invites you to unwind on plush couches, catch up on your favorite shows on the big screen TV, or simply enjoy the company of loved ones.

The Flip Flop Inn offers five bedrooms, each designed to provide a restful night`s sleep. On the main level, you`ll find four bedrooms. Three are conveniently located off of the dining area: a king-sized bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, another king-sized bedroom, and a large bedroom featuring a queen-sized bed, a full-over-full bunk bed, and a twin bed. This large bedroom also has an attached bathroom that connects to another cozy room with two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The living room is connected to the fourth bedroom, which also features a king-sized bed.

Downstairs, you`ll find a versatile game room that doubles as a bedroom with two full-over-full bunk beds and a variety of arcade games for endless entertainment.

The outdoor space at the Flip Flop Inn is just as inviting as the indoors. Relax in one of the hammocks, Adirondack chairs, or Captain`s Chairs while soaking up the sun and enjoying the ocean breeze. The large front deck is perfect for sunbathing, stargazing, or simply taking in the panoramic views from the crow`s nest deck. ● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

We are unable to price match any rates found on other booking platforms.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 16 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
