Expansive ocean views from double decks, just steps to beach

Coastal Breeze is a newly remodeled and updated three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom beach home just a short walk from the beach in Surfside, TX. The front deck has excellent views of the coast with a shaded dining table to enjoy the views as you relax. Upper observation deck opens up even more expansive views of the island and bay. There is also a picnic table with charcoal grill, semi-enclosed shower and double swing downstairs in the shade of the house.

Family vacay

My family and I had a great stay at this awesome beach property! The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We were able to cook breakfast and dinner with all the appliances needed. It is about a 3 min walk to the beach, which is perfect. Mike was very understanding about an issue I addressed before the stay. The mosquitos were bad bown by the car port, so don't forget to bring bug spray! Can't wait to come back and stay again!

Great beach house

We had a great time at this cute beach house. It was exactly what we were looking for. It only took about 3 minutes to walk to the beach. It felt safe, had everything we needed, and was clean. Our host was exceptional! I had several questions before and during our trip and he always responded timely. We ended up leaving a day early (due to the hurricane) and he graciously refunded us for the last night without hesitation. We hope to visit again next summer!

Perfect beach house

They were able to get us in last minute. We loved the house and the location was perfect. Close to everything and quick walk to the beach. Host/management was exceptional and responded within minutes. We couldn’t have asked for a better place.

Loved this property!

We've been coming to Surfside once or a twice a year for 9 years now. There was a bad tropical storm the week before this visit so underneath the house was pretty thick mud and debri but thankfully we were able to park on the road as we only had 2 vehicles. The house was beautiful and perfect for the 4 of us that stayed, and my granddaughter stayed over two nights. Location was amazing! To the left Sharkie's for pool, cocktails and live music and to the right the pedestrian beach for night fires. I would definitely book this house again!

Family perfect!

A lot of room for an extended stay. 2 bedrooms have small walk-in closets, 2 full baths, walk-in pantry, washer/dryer. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items and extras. Plenty of towels, clean linens. Table for 8 plus 4 highchairs for high bar. Did not have to cross the street to get to the beach✔, very clean✔ Convenient stores with all the necessities not too far just in case you forgot something. This is definitely one of our favorite locations. Keeper for future family trips. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesome, cute,cozy home a block from beach extremely convenient

We really enjoyed our stay at this cutely decorated, cozy house. It was perfect for us. Mr.Matt always was very prompt to answering any questions we had. Totally rate 9 out of 10. Some of the outdoor chairs could be changed and maybe updated grill, as they are weather damaged, and the bottom shelf on the fridge door was tapped on when we got there and started loading fridge it came off, We didnt let it bother our stay, we made it work and had a great time. But other than that awesome place, looking forward to staying again soon to make more memories. Thanks so much Mr.Matt

GREAT HOUSE!

This is a GREAT house and good location! We usually stay beach front on pedestrian beach but our usual go-to spots were already booked when we got ready to make our reservations this year. This house is a very short walk to the beach and the house itself is really great! It is in great shape, was very clean, comfortable, and cute! WE LOVED IT!! The host was great. I had a few questions along the way and he responded very quickly to each of them, which made planning so easy. We will definitely be back!

Great house and location

This is a great house for a beach getaway. We had a girl's weekend and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The beach was super close and we were within walking distance of a local bar (Sharkies). The property manager was super quick with their response when contacted. In all, we were very pleased with our stay!

Amazing beach experience

We loved the house and the beach. The beach house was amazing. The design, location to beach, awesome decks, perfect parking, accommodations (games, books, linens and towels provided) My family and I ❀ the trio. We were all very pleased with the house and what was provided. I have stayed with a different owner previously and it was okay BUT we had to bring everything down to the toilet paper! Not with this house! I can not begin to describe how awesome the house and trip were. We will definitely come again!

Beautiful house

The house was clean and very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable, and the location was great, close to everything. The only thing that a guy that claimed to be the “owner” to the house at the end of the street rudely reminded us that the beach around his house “was private property”. It was the first time in many year visiting Surfside that we encountered this kind of ugliness. Unfortunately we had to cross under his property to walk to the other side of the pedestrian beach. We avoid this “private property” and had a wonderful time.

Booked in November and it was very rainy. I could see the sea from the entryway. It made for very dramatic views. The rental was clean, easily accessible and pleasant. I will book again in the future.

Weekend Trip

This property was well maintained and exactly as advertised. Easily walking distance to beach and convenient location for stores and restaurants. Only down fall is the area of the beach is one of the busiest locations in Surfside. Would definitely recommend and plan to book again in the future.
