This house has a perfect location right off of the ship channel which makes for a prime spot to watch super tankers, egrets hunting baitfish and makes watching other wildlife in their natural habitats a great learning experience.

Pet-Friendly Vacation Home - Your Furry Friends Are Welcome! We know that pets are part of the family, and we are happy to welcome them at this home! Guests may bring up to two pets per property with a $100 non-refundable pet fee per pet. If you have more than two pets, please reach out to us - we may be able to make an exception. For small breed pets under 10 pounds, we will do our best to accommodate your request. We ask that all pet owners be mindful of the home and community, clean up after their pets, and follow any local pet guidelines. This precious property is a short walk or bike ride to the popular pedestrian beach area. There is also a kayak launch, walking bridge, observation deck and walking trail to Jetty and Jetty Park. The Jetty Park features a walk-over for beach access, great fishing, public restrooms and paved parking. You are also within walking distance of the new City Splash Pad & Butterfly Nature Trail.

If fishing is on your list there is a public boat ramp just down the road with a lot of fishing spots all within walking distance. Enjoy riding bikes and exploring? This is a quiet neighborhood perfect for that as well. If you want to get around the island consider renting or bringing a golf cart. Surfside has very nice golf cart paths that allow you to travel around the island easily.
