Nestled among beautiful gardens on a large, private lot, you can relax out on the new deck and enjoy the view of the islands. Beautiful stone landscaping and gardens will surround you with vibrant flowers as you breathe in the salt air. Prepare full meals in the beautiful cherry kitchen with granite countertops, and entertain in the daylight basement featuring a wet bar. There is also a pull-out couch in the master bedroom area.
The home is located in a secluded area right on the water, but nearby you can find outlet shopping and an LL Bean. Experience many outdoor activities in the surrounding area including hiking, cycling, and boating.

All guests shall abide by Vacasaâs good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
