Downstairs area with BBQ Pit, large table for 10, outside shower, and descent size yard. Also view of Swan Lake on Bay side with Crab Pier for crabbing.

PLEASE-when coming back from the beach either use the outdoor shower to rinse off feet and/or take shoes off in the front entryway, thanks
Please avoid using self tanning products before coming.. This unfortunately creates a big problem with staining both on bed sheets and bathtubs
Always be sure to take all trash out to the trash bin downstairs before leaving
