Beautiful apartment with a bedroom, living area with sofa bed, kitchenette (dishwasher), bathroom with bath and washing machine, little private garden.
The apartment is located on the ground floor. It is cozy and modern, the living area is approximately 60 sqm. The apartment is ideal for 2 to 5 people and suitable for families. The spacious bedroom (22 m²) has a double bed, a sofa bed, a wardrobe and a desk. Cot and high chair are provided free of charge upon request. The spacious living area is designed as an "open floor plan" and has a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and extractor fan.
The little garden in summer offers additional space to relax. Lush greenery provides adequate privacy and shade on hot days.

Tolle Unterkunft
Die Ferienwohnung können wir uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Stilvoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, sauber, schön gelegen mit kleinem Garten. Vor allem bei Anreise mit dem Auto ist der Garagenstellplatz sehr praktisch, da Vauban eher für Fußgänger und Radfahrer angelegt wurde, was den Stadtteil auch sehr attraktiv macht. Der Vermieter war ebenfalls sehr nett und die gesamte Abwicklung war unkompliziert und angenehm. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Wohnung
Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben, war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet incl. Bettwäsche, Handtüchern und einigem Küchenbedarf wie Kaffee, Öl usw. Die Lage im grünen Stadtteil Verbau und in direkter Nähe zur Tram ist super. Einige Ausflüge lassen sich auch direkt von der Wohnung starten und auch die Kids haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Beste Lage und Ausstattung
Tolle Lage im grünstem Stadtteil Freiburgs, Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und hatte wirklich alles was man braucht, egal ob in der Page, dem Bad oder den Wohnräumen. Der Vermieter war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert.

Wir waren 13 Tage zu zweit in der Ferienwohnung in Urlaub und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Viertel hat mir richtig gut gefallen, sehr grün, die Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs in der Nähe, sehr gute Anbindung an die Innenstadt oder andere Ausflugsziele mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, gute Gastronomie in der Nähe: insgesamt eine entspannte und ruhige Atmosphäre. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, alles bestens.
