We are just 5 minutes to French Lick Resort and Casino and 5 minutes from Lake Patoka. There is room to park your boat!

Southern Indiana is known for their mineral water, our home is no exception! There is sulphur in the water down here so there is smell. It is clean and filtered. We do recommend bringing your own drinking water if you are sensitive to the smell.
We have a strict policy for no party`s and no smoking inside. There will be a $500 charge added for either violation. Thanks for understanding.
