We rent out our private and very cosy holiday home "De Seekobb" to you, if you like. It is located directly on the North Sea, in the picturesque North Sea spa Friedrichskoog-Spitze and is only about 400 metres from the dyke and beach. Situated on a very beautiful, approx. 380 m² property, you will find peace and relaxation here.

Inside the ground-floor, 50 m² bungalow, comfortable furnishings await you. The centrepiece is the newly designed open-plan kitchen (2020) with dining area, which flows seamlessly into a cosy living room with fireplace - ideal for relaxing evenings. Two lovingly renovated bedrooms, one with a double bed (2022) and the other with a single bed, as well as a modern bathroom (2021) with a walk-in shower complete the feel-good atmosphere.

And what else is there to know? The holiday home "De Seekobb" is a non-smoking house. Bringing a dog is allowed (please register) Cats are not allowed. The garden is not completely fenced. Dog places and bowls are available if we know that a four-legged friend is coming along.

There is a parking space on the property where you can park your car for the duration of your holiday. Charging an electric car via a socket in the holiday home is prohibited! There are charging stations in Friedrichskoog-Spitze and in Friedrichskoog.

Our rental prices include bed linen and towels for two people (bath towels, hand towels, shower mats) In addition, the rental price includes the additional costs for normal use for water and waste (electricity is billed according to consumption).

To encourage economy, electricity is charged according to KW/h consumption. In summer, electricity consumption is lower as no heating is required. Only the instantaneous water heater and the normal electricity for all electrical appliances will still be used. Billing takes place after the holiday via the deposit repayment.

The outdoor area invites you to linger outdoors with its south-facing terrace, a newly added beach chair (from 2023) and various garden furniture. The property at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac also includes a garden shed for bicycles - ideal for guests looking to relax in nature.

The area surrounding Friedrichskoog-Spitze offers a wide range of leisure activities. Whether you prefer relaxing days on the beach, cycling tours through the picturesque surroundings or exploring the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Wadden Sea - everyone will find their own personal holiday happiness here. Last but not least, the redesign of the spa gardens and the constantly modernised infrastructure along the dyke guarantee an unforgettable stay.
