Pet Friendly Ideal Location in Frisco w/ Spacious Backyard & Private Hot Tub

This updated, pet friendly, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, multi-level duplex unit sleeps 9 across one king bed, one twin over queen bunk bed, and two double sized beds. It features a private large fenced in turf backyard with gas fire-pit, hot tub, hammock, and outdoor seating, Additionally there is a in-unit washer and dryer, incredible primary suite and updated finishes throughout. This also rental includes access to a private two-car garage. Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood less than a half mile from historic Frisco Main Street; you are minutes from shopping and dining options, the Frisco Marina, and the Frisco adventure park. Frisco is also centrally located providing convenient access to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Dillon, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Vail ski areas.

The entryway has mounted hooks for your convenience as you come and go throughout your day. Next to this area is the remodeled full-size kitchen offering stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and all of the essential cookware and tableware to make a delicious meal. This kitchen is stocked with household favorites including a Crockpot, air fryer, blender, and food processor. Beyond the kitchen is the dining area with a circular dining table with seating for four. There is also additional seating for three at the breakfast bar. For convenience there is a full-sized bathroom on the main level. All bathrooms feature modern updates and new floorings.

The open concept living area has ample seating, including a bean bag style seat. The living area mounted Smart TV, a gas fireplace, and access to the spacious private backyard. Head outside onto the spacious, fenced-in backyard featuring a private hot tub, outdoor seating, gas fire-pit, and hammock. The fenced in backyard and turf are a rare amenity in the Summit County area and is perfect for those traveling with their pets!

Downstairs, guests will find the spacious primary suite. The primary suite offers a king size bed, Smart TV, modern furnishings, new plush carpet, and en suite bathroom. The remodeled bathroom features a double sink vanity, walk-in shower, and water room for added privacy. The in-unit washer/dryer and the primary walk-in closet is also located on this level. Additionally, access to the home from the garage is on this level.

Heading back upstairs, to the top floor, guests will find the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom features two double beds, a Smart TV, hardwood flooring, and surrounding windows offering natural light. The second guest bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed and several windows offering incredible mountain views and great light. Additionally, there is a cubby set up with a pet bed in this room! The guest bathroom for the top floor features a shower/tub combination and a vanity with granite countertops.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. A Great Getaway

We had a wonderful time here. We brought our dogs and it was perfect for them! The hot tub was wonderful and the outdoor space was great. Beds and bedrooms were really nice. We were doing a lot of gaming and getting six adults comfortably in the den/kitchen was slightly tight. We wished for some more comfortable chairs also somewhere to sit in the bedrooms would have been nice. Overall, would definitely go back!

Great house with a great location and a fantastic backyard. I thought the price was fair for the place and location. The house was spacious and I loved the fenced in backyard for both our dog and our 2 kids to run around. I also loved how stocked the kitchen was - k cup machine (w/ some coffee provided), spices, even an air fryer! The only thing to call out (but didn't think this warranted losing a star) - the layout is a little funky. The garage opens into the master bathroom which I thought was weird and the 2 other bedrooms are on the top floor. So if you have little kids, they will be 2 floors away from you. We just kept some lights on in case they needed anything, but something to call out!

Very comfortable place, great kitchen w all excellent cooking, baking utensils & appliances. Bedrooms were perfect. Great walking area & easy walk to town. Yard was perfect for dogs & relaxing. Grill & gas firepit were nice & used several times. Nice to have garage for bike storage. Bathrooms very clean & convenient to have one on each level. If traveling w dogs or children this is the place to stay.

Good, but unnecessary frustrations

Property, amenities, and location were all terrific, but had some cleanliness issues and frustrating communications with the management company. Home is quaint and up to date, and comfortably sleeps 6. We had some issues in the kitchen, where there made have been dirty water or cleaning products in the Keurig that made coffee and tea taste immensely sour (and possibly full of chemicals), and the backyard (while beautiful and spacious) was scattered with dried dog feces from previous guests. Our most frustrating experience was with the management company, that communicated via text using both a bot and human. It was difficult to know when we were communicating with an AI chatbot vs. a human, especially when trying to coordinate an early check in. Back to back messages saying we would be able to check in early followed by a message saying we would not be able to check in until later in the afternoon were quite confusing. This frustration continued later in the evening while we were out to dinner when we received an animated and seemingly urgent message reminding us to close the garage door. After hastily leaving dinner to remedy the mistake, we found the garage door closed, exactly how we had left it, and learned later the next morning that the message was auto-sent to all guests. While not a big deal on their own, these messages compounded with nickel and dime check in/out policies made it feel as though we were taken advantage of and/or belittled by the management company.

We loved it here!! Bed was very comfortable and yard was great for dogs. Loved that it was turf so it wasn’t muddy at all!! Hot tub was amazing too! And nice to have access to garage. Only thing I could suggest would be curtains on main level.

What a great place. The location was top notch: easy walk to Main Street, dog friendly for long walks, great views The house was perfect! Lots of space for 2 of us and 3 dogs. Clean, plenty of towels, soap and necessities. If you get the chance to stay here do it! We can’t wait to come back!!

We stayed here for a few days because we got married in Frisco. We loved the location, and the place. The fenced yard was convenient as well for our dog. We were disappointed that the hot tub was not working when we got there but management and the host were transparent annd helpful about it. We will definitely come back!

House was perfect for our needs! Quiet neighborhood, and within walking distance (1/2 mile) to Main St and a really nice park (Walter Byron park)!! Very accommodating for our two dogs w a very secure fence/yard, & extra bowls, dog beds, etc at our disposal. Hot tub and outdoor grill were clean (have been to rentals where both were a little sketch..) ! Loved the turf in the backyard. Kitchen was well stocked. Would def rent again!
