Additional Fees apply for reservations, partial stays, taxes, and insurance.
In case of cancellation or change in any reservation, no refund will be made by Dolphin Realty or the owners we represent unless the unit is re-rented and confirmed by the newer reservation for the cancelled period. All cancellations and changes are subject to a $75.00 charge, reservation fee; Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance premium, Property Protection and Credit Card Processing Fee if applicable. In desperare need of Updates
We arrived just a couple of days after the road had opened up to Frisco after Hurricane Dorian had passed through. We had begged the Dolphin Realty to refund us so they could have more time to make sure everything was ok and have time to clean the property properly. We were yelled at and received a flat out refusal. When we pulled onto the property, there were bags of garbage under the deck and trash everywhere. I immediately called to let them know and was told... and I quote... "Not today, but maybe tomorrow they would come clean it up"... tomorrow never happened and when we left, there was STILL trash everywhere. The house had NOT been cleaned. There were dirty footprints in the shower, dirty dishes in the cabinets, biting flies coming out of the sink, stuff just thrown in the closets and sand everywhere!! I understand that a hurricane had just hit, but can't you at least sweep the sand off the deck and front door?? The mosquitos were insatiable and would attack as soon as you stepped outside! (PSA- Dont visit the OBX without bug spray!!!) Upon checkout, we were expected to clean the house. So, we had the task of cleaning dishes that were left from previous renters. Many, many updates are desperately needed. Toilets wont flush properly, shower heads need to be replaced, washing machine sounds like it will fall apart at any moment, furniture is terrible and extremely dated. We were very unhappy with the overall experience with Dolphin Realty and this house. Needless to say... We will never use this company or stay in this house again.
