Evaporative cooling systems can be used effectively in the dry desert air of Mesa County. Operating instructions are included in the home but does require a window or two to be cracked open to allow for circulation. This cooling effect will achieve similar home temperatures as other forms of cooling, however the air may feel more humid and be louder (due to the fan) than refrigerated air units.

Great stay, enjoyed the welcome basket. We came for the UTMB run and we were able to walk to all the events and restaurants. Home has everything you need and there is a dog park nearby.

Nice little spot in Fruita
A great space for two adults, two kids, and a dog. Kitchen was well equipped, living space was comfortable, park across the street was convenient for dog walking. Property management was very responsive and helped us with TV tech issues as well as replacing a much needed fan while the evaporative cooler was trying to overcome the atypical heatwave.

Very spacious and comfortable
Location was great, easy walk to downtown. Unit had lots of room and felt very comfy. Couch and beds were comfortable. If I had one complaint was wish we had some darker blinds or curtains in bedrooom. Master bedroom lit up in morning with the early sunrises we had. But would definitely stay here again!
