A Great Trip!!!
We wanted an affordable place to stay for a mountain bike trip for our family. This was the perfect place. I wish I could say we enjoyed the outdoor spaces but we were so tired from being out on the bikes 2 days in a row, we just wanted to relax. It was a great place for that. The rooms were perfect and clean, beds comfortable and the house has a very cozy feel ( but plenty big for our family of 4) We rented a bike from a local shop and they were also great. We will definitely be back to Fruita in the future!

This is an excellent property with a lot of charm. The location is perfect, and we found the hosts ready to assist with any needs. We plan on staying there again!
