This is a very comfortable and modern stand alone apartment in a quiet location. It has a small walk-in closet and nice bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen (awesome cookware). There is a grassy common area shared with four other units, but there is no outdoor seating at this unit. The cooling system works GREAT, but it is kind of loud on the high setting, especially if trying to watch TV. Luckily, it cools off at nights around here so you can turn it down or off as needed.I have to say that the host Max is VERY nice and responsive. When I arrived, there was a leak in the refrigerator and Max was over in less than a 1/2 hour to fix it. He even checked in the next day to make sure all was well.We were grateful for the quality of the apartment and the comfort of our stay.

Great location for easy walking to town. Very small unit, but perfect for a couple. Clean and bike-friendly. Bed was super comfortable. Reasonably priced and we would stay again for sure.
