You will be just one block from the farmer's market (Jun-Oct), a playground, and a skatepark, and a 7-MINUTE WALK TO DOWNTOWN. Nearby adventures include mountain biking, rafting, hiking, skiing, and more. There's something for everyone – book now for an unforgettable stay!

The interior greets you with lots of natural light, 3 bedrooms + sofa sleeper in the TV room, and an easily accessible single-floor layout. The large backyard and furnished covered patio provide the ultimate outdoor experience as you enjoy mature grape vines and fruit trees, while your furry friend explores the big, fenced yard. When it is time to settle down each night, the TV room has a flat screen smart TV and comfortable sofa to kick back on. The connected kitchen and dining areas make meals easy and enjoyable.

So much fun!

We had such a great stay at Sapphire House! The house was clean and well-appointed. We all loved the game shed, and had so much fun with foosball and the vintage arcade games. Our kids are now obsessed with the games from our childhood (Frogger, Donkey Kong, Tetris, and PAC Man!). We also loved the proximity to the park and to Main St Fruita. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Thanks Mark and Devin!
