This elegant apartment is prepared to accommodate up to 4 guests. Located in Fuengirola, it is distributed as follows:

>Kitchen-dining room: The apartment has a kitchen with 2 ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a pantry. It is equipped with complete crockery and utensils necessary to enjoy a delicious meal.

The living room sector has a beautiful window along the opposite wall where you can see the sea and the promenade, and where the table for 4 people is located. It has a sofa bed for 2 guests, hot/cold air conditioning, and a Smart TV. From here, through a sliding glass door, you can access the terrace with sea views.

>Bedroom: It has a double bed (135cm), on both sides it has bedside tables with lamps, a built-in wardrobe for unpacking. The bedroom window has a blind to prevent the morning light from disturbing your sleep.

> Bathroom: In delicate white and gray tones, it has a sink and a mirror, toilet and a shower with sliding glass screen.

>Terrace: you will have access to a cozy terrace from where you can appreciate the sea and perhaps sit down to have a drink while watching the sunset. Here you will find a table with two chairs. You can access the laundry room from here where you have a washing machine that you can use during your stay.

We also offer WiFi, a washing machine and an iron.

A security deposit of €500 needs to be delivered by 3 days before your arrival, this one will be given back 3 days after departure.

*We will be waiting for you to give you the keys. Check-in is available from 4 pm to 9 pm. After 9 pm an additional 40€ is charged until 11 pm, and 60€ until 00hs. Outside these hours, please ask us for availability and rate. Please let us know 24 hours in advance of your arrival time to make sure that someone will be waiting for you and you can enter the apartment. If you arrive one hour late from the scheduled time there will be a €25 surcharge.

*We do not accept groups of teenagers or unaccompanied underage guests. The minimum age to book is 25 years old.

*Sheets and towels included in the rate. We provide towels only for the number of guests, if you need more, they will have an additional cost. We do not provide towels for the beach.

*Transfer to and from the airport available, check availability and costs.

*Your stay includes a basic final cleaning. If the floor is too dirty an extra 24.20€ per hour will be charged.
