It’s a fabulous hotel, with amazing facilities and lovely staff. The food is also first class and reasonably priced. We loved the Med restaurant and the Arara bistro restaurant was our favourite! I think the bedrooms could have been larger, with comfier chairs on the balcony and around the table. The ventilation was also not that well designed from the toilet into the room. But nonetheless it was a fab experience and we would go again.

For 5 star hotel some areas lack attention. First room allocated was pretty poor. Dirty glass on balcony, grubby tiles. Even worse was view below of major rennovation work. Building trucks and banging from 8am. Asked to move but told nothing available for 2 days and to contact reception next day. Was lucky to get a move to a much better room. Its not clear which areas are available to hotel guests. Most facilities on website encounter extra charges.

Lovely room and hotel. My only negative is not getting enough info on hotel amenities when I arrived like spa, gym usage etc. also didn’t know about the beach shuttle. But it’s a great hotel.
