Lovely, clean apartment

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. It was clean and tastefully furnished. The owner, Paco, was very friendly and greeted us with a meal in a fish restaurant and a box of truffles. For the most part, we were provided with the necessary implements for cooking and cleaning. Gran Tarajal in February is warm and quiet. I would recommend hiring a car, as public transport to many places which looked interesting is very problematic. Overall, we would strongly recommend this apartment.

Maravillosas vacaciones

El apartamento estaba impecable,como siempre.El propietario,Paco Sosa, inmejorable,siempre atento cuando lo necesitas para resolver cualquier eventualidad que se produzca. Recomiendo la propiedad sin duda, comodidad, amplitud,limpieza y una esmerada atención por parte del propietario. Fuerteventura es el lugar ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes.Es la isla de la luz y por ende de los reflejos. Solo cuando llevas el silencio a tu mente apagando el ruido de un año de trabajo y de preocupaciones, la isla se muestra ante ti y los espejismos cobran vida, descubriendo un lugar de incomparable belleza que se derrama por cualquier rincón que visites.

Tranquila y acogedora

El apartamento es tal y como se refleja en las fotografías. Se encuentra cerca de todos los establecimientos necesarios y a dos minutos de la playa. El edificio y la zona son súper tranquilos. El trato con Don Paco fue muy correcto y la limpieza de diez. Tan solo hubo un problema con la cama de la habitación principal que seguro Paco ya habrá solventado.

Estancia excepcional!

Ha sido todo un acierto esta propiedad para nuestra estancia de una semana en Fuerteventura. Desde Gran Tarajal se llega bien a todos los lugares de la isla. Paco ha sido un anfitrión estupendo, fácil de contactar y con todo detalles. Muy amable! El piso estaba limpio y perfecto cuando llegamos. Buena distribución, fácil de encontrar, y sobre todo en un emplazamiento estupendo, a poco minutos de la playa. Muy buen sitio para aparcar también. Volveremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Gran Tarajal. Muchas gracias Paco!!

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung in Gran Tarajal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Mein Sohn und ich werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Semana Santa para desconectar del stress

Todo perfecto, el apartamento es tal cual se puede ver en la Web, y su propietario muy atento y amable. Todo bien cuidado, con todos los útiles necesarios para disfrutar. Lo mejor su ubicación muy cerca del paseo del pueblo, con todo al alcance. Quizás propondría poner un armario en el baño para poder colocar los útiles de aseo, por lo demás había incluso secador de pelo, y plancha. Lo recomiendo100% para estar en Gran Tarajal, cerca de las playas y descansar.

Abbiamo alloggiato nell’appartamento del secondo piano, comodo, accogliente e pulito. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha perfino chiamato il giorno dopo l’arrivo per accertarsi che tutto andasse bene. Il proprietario ci ha anche mostrato l’attico all’ultimo piano, dobbiamo dire che è veramente bello con una terrazza grande vista mare, non è vero che il bagno è troppo piccolo e in cucina ci si muove bene. Ho notato anche che le linee internet dei due appartamenti sono differenti, ecco perché funzionano così bene!!! Voto 10

Uns hat es wieder gefallen

Schönes Apartment in zentraler und ruhiger Lage in einem netten kleinen Städtchen. Wer etwas abseits des Haupttouristenstoms unterkommen will, wo auch noch ein paar Einheimische auf der Plaza sitzen, ist hier goldrichtig. Sehr angenehmer Vermieter, lediglich das Bett hätte etwas härter sein können.

excellente location!

L'appartement est assez spacieux, bien organisé, agréablement aménagé. On voit la mer et le lever de soleil, c'est très agréable. Le loueur est extrêmement aimable, il nous a même prêté une caisse de jouets pour notre petite fille. C'est vraiment idéal pour des vacances en famille: Gran Tarajal est une petite ville tranquille où on trouve tout ce dont on a besoin à proximité, la plage de sable noir, à 5mn à pied à peine de l'appartement, est belle, grande, pas trop fréquentée (aux vacances de la Toussaint, nous y étions souvent quasiment seuls), l'eau n'est pas trop profonde au début et il n'y a pas trop de vagues, et il y a un endroit avec des jeux pour enfants. Le zoo d'Oasis Park (cher, mais ça vaut la peine) est à 20mn en voiture, les plages de sable blanc de Jandia à une demi-heure. Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux et nous espérons pouvoir revenir dans cette location. Elle nous a donné entière satisfaction et nous la recommandons très chaleureusement. Merci Paco!

Une location sans surprises

Très belle location conforme au descriptif. Nous avons trouvé tout de suite l'adresse. La location était très propre et Paco accueillant. Le logement est au calme, près du centre ville et de la belle plage de sable noir. A moins de 50 m, une petite supérette. Nous nous sommes garés dans la rue sans problème. Nous sommes satisfaits de cette location et la recommandons. Seul hic, Paco ne parle qu'espagnol, ce qui limite les échanges mais dans notre cas cela n'a pas été un problème, nous avons échangé par mail avec traducteur grâce à la wifi

Very good experience

For my fifth travel to Fuerteventura I decided to live a different experience spending a week in an authentic local town like Gran Tarajal renting a local apartment and I was fully satisfied with the choice. Paco was a very kind and supporting host, absolutely perfect since the first contact in the booking process. The apartment was very comfortable, spotlessy clean and sunny. From the living room you can enjoy a magnificent view on the sea. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds quite comfortable. The only minor flaw: the curtains in the twin bedroom didn't obscure enough. All in all I warmly recommend this appartment: it's a real bargain.

Séjour du 01 au 08 février 2015. Appartement confortable qui correspond à la description sur le site et d'une propreté irréprochable. Accueil sympathique. Schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Ort

Wer Ruhe sucht, abseits der Touristischen Hochburgen wie Costa Calma oder Morro Jable, ist in Gran Tarajal bestens aufgehoben. Bestens aufgehoben auch bei dem Vermieter dieses ruhigen Hauses und den gemütlich und saubere eingerichteten Wohnungen. Zentral gelegen, aber dennoch ruhig. Gemütliche Lokale mit einheimischer Küche laden zum Verweilen ein. Hier stimmen noch die Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnisse. Wer aber meint, dass man mit Deutsch gut weiter zu kommen, wird schnell eines besseren belehrt werden. Hier ist man nicht auf die Touristen fixiert, hier läuft alles im spanischen Trott, in spanischer, familiärer Gemütlichkeit. Ach ja, und außerdem, man ist hier Gast und sollte sich somit zumindest einige sprachliche Grundbegriffe aneignen. Die Wohnungen sind in jedem Fall absolut weiter zu empfehlen und wir werden wiederkommen, dass ist versprochen.

Eine ruhige und sehr saubere Ferienwohnung

Man kann sowohl die Wohnung, das gesamte Haus und auch den Vermieter mit ruhigem Gewissen empfehlen. Wer keine touristischen Atraktionen braucht, ist in Gran Tarajal und insbesondere in diesem Domizil gut aufgehoben. Der Ort bietet Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, einen "schwarzen" Strand und eine gute Gastronomie. Hier ticken die Uhren etwas langsamer als in den üblichen Hochburgen mit ihren All Inclusive- Angeboten. Die Fotos der Wohnung sind original so, wie die Wohnung auch tatsächlich ist. Hier wurde nichts geschönt. Negatives können wir nicht berichten und für die Bewertung gibt es von uns immer 5 Sterne.

Maravilloso apartamento y gran recibimiento.

Disfrutamos unas vacaciones increíbles en Fuerteventura. El apartamento está muy bien, es cómodo y tranquilo y tiene de todo lo necesario.La verdad es que no le falta de nada, todo está muy limpio y es nuevo. Está situado en una zona perfecta para descansar y relajarte, que es lo que estábamos buscando. Es de agradecer que al lado hay un paseo marítimo que es una verdadera maravilla para pasear y andar junto a la gran playa de Gran Tarajal. En breve volveremos. Nuestra máxima nota para este apartamento.
