This place was great! The staff were friendly and welcoming and our room was so comfortable. It was quiet enough at night that we were able to sleep with the windows open! The location can't be beat. It's within a short walk of old town and the parking garage made it so easy for us to come and go and explore the area. We ate dinner at the restaurant every night of our stay. The food was good but there was a limited menu. The breakfast was ample and delicious. Loved the variety of breads, rolls and pastries! We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I booked a room for 4 but it looks like they gave us a room for 2 and added 2 beds for my kids that made our room so tight. Barely no space inside the room and it’s more pricey than our room in Cologne with bigger room. Outside of the hotel looks old

Very nice, clean and great staff. Beds were very hard and the light over the coffee station had no way to be turned off (or that we could find) without taking the card out of the slot. That in turn meant no charging or electronics, no light in the washroom during the night… bit inconvenient.

Clean and nice

This was a very clean and nice hotel. It was an easy walk to and from the train station. We loved the castle artwork featured all over the hotel!
