The spacious ground-floor garden apartment offers 63 m² of comfort: a very quiet bedroom with a raised double bed and a stylish sliding-door wardrobe. The bright, sunny living room features a large couch, dining area, and reading corner. For entertainment, you have a 40-inch flat-screen TV, DVD and CD player, and a hi-fi system with radio. Fast Wi-Fi is available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and extensive cookware. The modern bathroom has a shower, raised toilet, and washbasin.



A special highlight is the 25 m² wooden terrace facing south, with an awning and comfortable garden furniture. An air-conditioned ventilation system ensures fresh air in all rooms. There is a lockable garden shed for your bicycles.



Well-maintained ski slopes with night runs, cross-country trails, and toboggan runs can be reached by car in just a few minutes. Around 35 km of cross-country trails await you in a beautiful winter landscape. Enjoy Nordic walking and cycling tours or visit the famous Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Numerous hiking and cycling routes are available at all altitudes. On a sunny plateau, you will also find a barbecue and campfire area with a picnic bench.
