Staff went out of their way to be helpful, and were very friendly and charming. Hotel is in a great location close to the train station and town center. We walked to Neuschwanstein Castle, among other great attractions, and less than a mile away is the Austrian border.

Enjoyed our stay here, the staff were for the most part, pleasant, polite and helpful. There is a service fee (tax fee) of 15 euros on check out.
