The rooms need a big update, a lot of dust, very small - the pictures shared in Hotels.com don't represent it. Also the room smell cigarette. People were very friendly.

This was a wonderful stay, the staff were super friendly, the breakfast was so good, and the area was nearby a lot of good walking spots. Wherever you were you could see Mount Fuji. Would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to rest and walk.

Very cute hotel. It served us with the bare minimum as we only stayed one night. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Two negatives: the shower curtain was a bit mouldy and the onsen didn't allow tattoos I'd still recommend

Nice view of Mount Fuji. Very helpful staff, despite their limited English, they used Google Translate. They still use actual keys for the rooms, it's lovely. Their beautiful outdoor onsen is clean and covered in case it rains. Very small rooms, but comfortable.

The service staff are kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. The hotel is clean and relatively spacious. However, the location might be a little difficult to get to via public transport. Would recommend this place to people driving around Fujikawaguchiko area. Stunning views of Mount fuji in november
