硬體設備/備品/地點都很不錯，但是入住時遇到3個問題: 1. 飯店提供的郵件沒有大門的密碼(只有chech in code沒有entrance code)，入住時在大門口另外打電話去詢問才得到大門進入的密碼。飯店說郵件寄出時有一併提供，但我收到的郵件只有一個密碼。 2. 一check in進房就在洗手間聞到很重的煙味，反應後飯店有協助更換房間(此飯店為無人飯店，需要用櫃檯的電話反應)。 3. 無行李寄存服務，chech in前後(下午3點才能check in)都無法寄存行李，個人覺得非常不方便，我疏忽了這點還要另外去找寄存行李的locker或是店家，非常浪費時間&心累。 基本上只要反應給飯店方(要打電話)都能得到回應跟解決，飯店本身也很不錯，但本人會日文所以很快處理好，如果不在乎寄存行李的問題跟可能需要電話溝通可以考慮。
