Good apartelle space for a family of 5. But it differs from the GrandBase we stayed in Nagoya whereby there was daily towel change and toiletry counter was available. Value for money. Clean and spacious room.

Had to set up the extra bed ourselves. The chair was stained and disgusting. When interacting with staff through the tablet they were friendly but the hotel had a very non clean vibe.

Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station.

The room was large, clean, and good. It was very convenient to the International Conference Center, the Bayside Place (seafood) and the Umihanoyu hot spring bath. Two problems were 1. there was only 1 cup for two people and 2. the check-in was a little difficult.

They only have limited time on duty staff, and not helpful. The bed sheets and furnitures are dirty, lots of dust in the room. 良かった点、部屋が広くて、風呂、トイレなど設備は綺麗に整備されてました。 悪かった点、エアコンが少し臭い、また無人なのか、普段の換気ができていないからかカビや湿気の臭いが気になりました。周辺駐車場が沢山あるも夜までは満車、2ブロック離れた何処に止めて、夜間また動かす必要があった、2000円くらいは駐車場代がかかる。 朝掃除の人が間違えて入って来る、退出マグネットは必ず戻して入る事！
