Thank you for the excellent service. We accidentally booked a smoking room and the staff were pleasant and eager to help us move to a non-smoking room. No extra charge either. Awesome service. Great location for public transportation as well. Just 3 mins walk to the station.

Hotel located near Hakata Station. Have Bus to/from International Airport. A big counter for Self check-in and out. There are staff to assist 😉。First time experience that check-in at 13:00 and check-out at noon. Good quality of daily necessities.
