I loved staying at the Nishitetsu Grand Hotel. Everything was elegant and the staff were very helpful and kind. Although the room was outdated, all the important things were great. The mattress was perfect - slept so well. The sheets were also fresh and clean. The bathroom in the double room was large and so were the towels. And the location was incredibly convenient, too. Oh and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had in Japan.

An excellent choice in the central business district with the opulent lobby outshining most rooms. Many restaurants and bars within minutes walking. Also infinite shopping. I thought it was great value for money. Or room was large, if rather plain.

This grand hotel is iconic and has a team of amazing staff. They are helpful and warm. We love how convenient it is as everything is within walking distance. One complain would be the lack of self service laundry. We will come again.
