Nothing amazing but it's okay. The place is a bit aged and the amenities aren't anything to write home about. It is overpriced because of this. We were concerned about the noise but it was not enough to keep us awake at night.
The lobby felt dark and I welcomed. There were lockers for guests. They charge their guest’s luggages. I never experienced such a thing. There weren’t any chairs for guest to rest before the check in. We had to stand there for 30min while we are waiting. The building was old. Carpet has stains everywhere, and not vacuumed. Disgusted to see other ppl’s hair in the bathroom. It made me feel I could not lay on the bed because I assume they did not clean the room. The bathroom handle was falling the part. It just everything was off.
I didn’t want to stay here at all.
A little bit on the secluded side, but does meet expectations; a little bit on the pricey side but understandable because its near the nishitetsu bus terminal.
Placing info in brochure about the rules for using the rock bath and not let customers get ready, walk down to the rock bath and read on the door you are not allowed.
The hotel is ok, typical size Japanese rooms and all the toiletries are provided. The location is excellent with many great stores and restaurants nearby. If it’s too far then the subway station is a few blocks away.
Very old, run down and dirty. Carpets and bed skirting stained. Strong smoke smell in the non smoking rooms. Most of the staff were good. Windows very dirty. Bathroom old but ok. I don’t recommend staying here. Only thing going for it is it’s location in Tenjin.
Entire building smelled like an ashtray. It was dirty and rundown entire room was not even as big as my bedroom at home. The mattresses were extremely firm we were only given one pillow and one towel per person.
