It's a bit inconvenient bec you have to first reach check in place which is available for check in from 5pm - 9pm only. Then carry your luggage and walk about 10 min to reach the hotel. Note that a kettle and a microwave is shared among all units. This is puzzling as there is a small kitchen without cooking utensils in the unit. The plus points are the view overlooks the canel which is really nice day or night and the location is within walking distance from train station and shopping centres.

Good and reasonable for long term stay
Overall was good. The location is good and very near Canal City, JR Hakata station and Tenjin area is not that far too. Only the front desk to check in is too far from the hotel, and hard to find if you don’t have internet. Also, there is no available water kettle in our room.

the check-in location is near the station, but the hotel is a bit far from the check in place. but it is near the station too, near the hotel have one 24 hours Lawson, very convenince.

Renovated apartment in secluded area far from all
Check-in process is cumbersome as you have to do it somewhere different from the actual building you are staying. Took taxi to residence because it’s too far to walk especially with luggage. But otherwise clean facility. A few restaurants within 5 min walking distance. We ate at overpriced steak house. If you can, eat around Hakata Station before you come to where your residence is, because you have to make a long trip back to where you most likely came from to eat. Most good eateries are near the station.

Hotel was nice but customer service was lacking
The apartment was nice and was enough space for three of us. We got the one bed and two double sided futons. You can walk to the mall and the location was 800 to 1000 cab ride to the clubs although the taxi drivers had a lot trouble finding the location even with GPS but they did not seem to know where anything was unless it was a mall or train station. The hotel did not tell me that I had to check into another location first and I would have never known unless these certain factors: 1) There was a phone number posted in small print on the wall and I called it. 2) I actually had a Japanese cell phone to call 3) They had someone who could speak English and send me the address of where I needed to go and check in. If one of three things were not available I would have never checked in and would had to find a random hotel to stay at the last minute and beg hotels.com to refund me money. The hotel should have let me know in advance that there was a different location because we had to spend an extra 2000+ yen taking taxis to and from the locations as well. And the clerk had an attitude as well when we spoke with her, however she was very helpful because she spoke English.
