有一些細節需要整理，上層床的床板與樓梯，插座有點少。但整體還算滿意，附近除了Sunny以外的便利超商有點距離，優點是離地鐵很近，一站就到博多本站。

Check-in process was not efficient as the iPad wasn’t working. The support number provided was out of service. The property was not clean, ac vents blowing dirt onto the bunk bed beneath it. Sofa was littered with dirt and spots and stains. There’s a can of cockroach spray in the closet by the front door, good thing it’s there cause we caught one. Don’t waste your time honestly, cheers!

Being a traveler from the US this was a very unique two-level setup and my family and I really enjoyed staying here. We were able to wash our laundry as well which was a massive perk as we stayed here for a few nights. This location is a 15 minute walk to the Hakata train station and a 30 minute walk to the Canal City mall. Also a few minute walk from two 7-11's. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend.

Everything was clean, and the stay is at a short walkable distance from the subway. The kitchen however was missing basic dishes to drink/eat with. Overall a nice experience.

I booked two maisonette room, but I got standard rooms. One of room was dirty, bathroom was gross, kitchen was grease, no cutlery or bowls until I requested. Toilet was smelly. Location was good, convenience store and supermarket around.

that was not the room I booked, I did not want to climb to the bed so I booked 2 maisonette room, but i got 2 standard rooms. one of room was dirty, I still see the grease, no cutlery and bowl or plate. I needed to request then I got it next day. the bathroom was gross as well. And i found hair on the tuton bed. only good thing is the location. very close to the train station.

Very nice, clean rooms, accessible to train station and stores. Beds and bedding were quite thin and even after stacking 3 or 4 beddings, still felt like you were sleeping right on the floor. Tried to use the stove 1 time and it was not working. A/C didnt cool the room overly well.

Don't stay here, worst service in Japan

Absolute worst service, they would not help us, treating our family like we we're invisible, it's inhumane. We stayed for over 9 days and yet they just left us to live or die on our own. They only give you 4 paper plates, and 4 disposable chopsticks, almost everyday we ran out and they would not bring any until 2-3 days later. When we ran out of shower gel, asked them to bring more, yet when we returned at night there was none. We couldn't even shower! I complained and ask them to come ASAP, but they took 2 hours to reply and then said no one will come, by then it was way past mid-night. So we couldn't even shower, and it was a huge waste of time to even try and complain because they would take hours to reply. If you wanted to call the emergency line, which we did, they were useless and would not help you either. Also the cleaners would not take out the trash, unless you moved the trash to the door, if you forgot then too bad. They would come into the house and just ignore the trash bins. Also its super noisy upstairs, doesn't matter if we complain, because they end up complaining about you as well, so its either a problem with the design of the building or their customer service is just making excuses to shut you up.

Very nice house. Clean n tidy. Location is about 5 minutes walk to Subway station.. and it takes 3 minutes to arrive fukuoka airport by subway.
