Excellent location, very nice room (window could be opened ;)), nice staff. Only let-down was the breakfast: Even though their official web page advertises "A healthy and beautiful vegetarian breakfast with Itoshima vegetables and Fukuoka delicacies to energize your body and mind from the morning" (something their internal TV info does in very similar words) and their photos show plant-based meat alternatives, the breakfast was VERY meat-based, to the point that the only vegetarian stuff was natto, salad, rice and white bread. So, definitely consider saving the 2000 JPY if you're vegetarian/vegan ;)

Pro: convenient location, a few minutes walk to the Hakata station. Room is clean and quiet. Con: we always book hotel with laundry facilities. For all the hotels we stayed with laundry facilities, the laundry room is heavily used, the same is this hotel. We spent two hours to dry our clothing and found that the filter of the dryer was clogged with clothing fibers. It appeared that the dryer was not well maintained by the hotel.

Convenient location within walking distance from the train station, lots of food options nearby. Facing a busy street but quiet at night. Eco friendly so no room cleaning until you request. Get new towels by hanging used ones in a bag on the door. Breakfast was sufficient, plenty of international options

Staff were nice, room (deluxe twin) was very big, felt more like a mini suite. The property was clean and in a great location. The only negative is the damp and musky smell through the hallways and although milder, this does permeate the rooms as well. If not for this last point, I would have rated 5 stars.

Very handy for Hakata station, nice simple hotel perfectly adequate for a couple of nights. Family Mart next door for anything you'd need. Friendly front desk staff and free laundry facilities

This is a friendly and unpressured environment, with compact but attractive rooms. The hotel offers a breakfast which is not to be missed. It is two blocks from the Fukuoka/Hakata rail hub but has surprisingly quiet and bright rooms.

We have stayed at this property several times and brought some family with us this time. Happy that they were able to give us rooms directly across each other. Staff and breakfast always excellent as well as room cleanliness and location. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip.
