Very convenient! - 5-min walk from Tenjin Station - 1-2 min walk to the area full of restaurants and shops Room was room and safe.

The rooms are worn out, lots of scuffs on the wall and stains on the carpet. The cleaning wasn’t great either… found hair from previous guests and when you look closely around the bathroom sink or shower you see mold and old dirt. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The room is tiny but pretty clean. It's very close to the subway station and shopping department stores. But if you are mostly taking JR train to tourist places, it's not very convenient. The staff seems friendly, but looks afraid to speak in English.
