The first thing you will notice upon entering the interior of the villa is the modern and unique décor that continues throughout the house. The continuity in the decor with neutral tones and lots of light make the open-plan layout of the living room, dining room and kitchen an even more spacious space. The kitchen island with bar stools is the perfect place for a morning coffee or breakfast. And the large dining table is the designated place for evenings together with food and board games for the whole travelling party. Continuing on the ground floor, you will find two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.



If you climb the stairs to the first floor, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Each room is uniquely decorated and characterised by attention to every detail. However, the master bedroom stands out, with its own large balcony overlooking the pool and outdoor terrace. Being able to drink your morning coffee in peace on your own balcony certainly makes waking up in the morning, even on holiday, much easier!Funtana is a small town in Istria, located on the coast between the towns of Vrsar and Pore. As it is located right on the coast, all the benefits of a summer holiday are close at hand with a variety of beaches such as Funtana, Puntica and the dog beach Bijela Uvala. Visit the beautiful town of Vrsar, just 4 kilometres away, or take a day trip to Pore, which is best known for the Euphrasian Basilica. The basilica was built in the 6th century, during the time of Bishop Euphrasius and Emperor Justinian I, and is a characteristic monument of Byzantine art. It has even been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Don't miss the one-day excursions to the central part of Istria, where there are numerous taverns and estates with vineyards where you can taste Istrian delicacies such as prosciutto and characteristic types of wine.
