The room was disgusting. We had reservations for 2 nights and did not stay the 2nd night. There was not much lighting as we had a late night arrival & we did not feel safe at all. The morning desk clerk said we could get a refund for the 2nd night, but we got the run around between Travelocity & the hotel manager (who was “authorized” to make refunds). Extremely disappointing and WOULD NOT recommend even if just passing through!

Room was clean. Reception needs work, couldn't hear what she said and couldn't understand her Pakistani accent. Not sure if she is rude normally or if it is her culture. Breakfast was stale cereal, day old bread. No muffins, rolls, OJ, yogurt. Coffee was terrible. The remodeling job had paint smears, poor coverage, the mop boards were removed and replaced with the same ones that didn't get glued back on properly. Made it look like a dump!!!

I checked in to the motel. The employee put me into a room that wasn’t what I reserved. I reserved a room that had a roll-in shower, a handicap room. She put us in a regular room. Also, when she had given me the room key cards, they didn’t open the door. When she changed us to the correct handicap room, the key cards didn’t work there either! My friend went to the office to purchase an ice cream bar, she had her wallet in her hand. The employee approached my friend and said the ice cream wasn’t free. My friend told me the employee was very rude when she said it. I have USUALLY had very nice rooms at Super 8 motels but I won’t stay at this location again. I was completely dissatisfied and disappointed.

Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. The room was not as clean as expected, and there were roaches in my room. Customer service was ok but overall the stay did not meet basic hotel standards. I would not stay here again.

The air conditioner kept making this loud noise when u turn it on and our tub have a ring around it and we had a smoking room we didnt have any ashtrays and we called they front desk they said they was gonna bring it and never did. We stayed for two days and room service asked if we new towels or anything they was very rude as well
