Great location, house itself doesn’t match the price
It accommodated our whole group, which is hard to find. As described, it only had 1 bathroom per 5 bedrooms which was not ideal, but the location was perfect. It did feel very frat house with a Ritz Carlton price tag. I get that it was a busy weekend but for around 2k a night some updates and amenities would be nice. Old thermostat that I’m not sure if it worked or not. It wasn’t clear heat vs cold. Window units and space heaters. With my young kids I didn’t feel comfortable with the space heaters and trusting they wouldn’t get burned (not something I’ve ever used before). It was about 64 in the house which is cooler than I expected. Some of the dishes were sticky so I made sure I washed everything before using. It had basics but not everything needed a lot to do a lot of cooking. A bigger baking sheet and foil would have been helpful and cooking spray, but wasn’t worth it to buy for the weekend. I also understand it isn’t their job to have all of that. One room had a make shift door, no dishwasher. All fine just not fancy, but with a fancy price tag. My husband would stay here again for location. I’d probably keep looking if I had to pay that price again.
