Excellent customer service and friendly check in person. Expedia should advertise when there is a deposit required so guests aren’t surprised at arrival: especially since after booking is complete, they advise not to call to reconfirm.

Roaches. The room was full of roaches, not cockroaches, but some type of roach most definitely. On the floors, on the walls, in the shower, in the alarm clock and in the phone. We're not talking one or two, but more like 18-22 or more. Floors were dirty. Room was on the inner courtyard and there were people driving back and fourth directly in front of the door and window on loud scooters at all hours of the night.
