The room was very clean. The customer service was amazing newly renovated property so everything was spotless. Reasonable pricing for pet fee $30 a night a great spot for Thanksgiving and for a long stay. Breakfast was delicious and cold infused water and hot coffee downstairs. I loved that. Thank you.

We stayed here for Thanksgiving, and it was great. The room was clean, the staff was awesome, and breakfast was delicious. The location is conveniently close to the freeway, with Publix just across the parking lot, and there are multiple food options nearby. We will definitely stay here again.

Expedia did not get the reservation to the Holiday Inn. Plus you booked me for a room December 1. Finally the room that Holiday had was at a higher rate. So Holiday inn has been great but a third party booking service ( that would be you ) has been horrible. Won’t happen again. I will pay the higher rate with the hotel brand. You ask that I resubmit because of profanity ( there is none in the review), mention of price( see previous comment) no personal information ( once again see comment ). I guess you keep asking for revisions until you like them.
