The unit is near UF, Shands Hospital, T-75, and Butler Plaza, located on the ground floor, providing easy access. It's 3 Miles (8 minutes by vehicle) away from the apt to Shands Hospital. There are two routes bus stops in the community and four routes bus stops near the community. The parking is free.

The front door and porch of the unit are equipped with security cameras to ensure the safety of all guests.

4 bedroom shared common space apartment. Very clean, well kept. Beds could have been more comfortable. But the price was right!

The place was rather hard to find with Google maps. Room smelled like a locker room, never could figure out why. Would definitely stay there again.

Good for short down and dirty no frills economic stay for a male. Parking lot is kinda dark and it's tricky figuring out which building it is. Google maps took me to the wrong building.
