Cozy and welcoming 3 Bed and 3 Bath with a hot tub and a game room is ready4u

Deerview is a fun and very comfortable 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home with a game room as well as a hot tub. This a great Galena Territory getaway home, close to the core of The Galena Territory homeowners club, snuggled in the trees, it has it all.

Walk right into the main floor living room with its gorgeous hardwood floors and vaulted ceiling. The living room on the main floor has a 2 story gas fireplace and a television. Continue into the fully equipped kitchen which is separated by an open serving counter with four stools, and a dining table that seats 6 people comfortably.
Continue on behind the kitchen and there is a main floor bedroom with a queen bed as well as a full bathroom.

Off the living area is a large deck with an outdoor patio set w/umbrella and gas grill that wraps around to a lovely screened in porch space with another dining table and chairs for a bug free outdoor dining experience. Please note we always leave a back up propane tank for the gas grill.

The master bedroom (Queen Bed) is located upstairs, has a bathroom that includes a two-person whirlpool tub and shower stall. Just outside the bedroom is the lofted seating area with a television and sleeper sofa.

The lower level hosts the recreation room with all sorts of things to keep one occupied. There is a bumper pool/card playing table, Foosball table, a third television (DVD/Cable), and 2 pub tables with a wet bar and refrigerator.
Behind the wet bar is the third full bathroom as well as the washer/dryer and the third bedroom.

There is a large lower deck off the rec room that holds the hot tub. The lower and upper decks are connected by an outside stairway. The home is snuggled into the woods for plenty of wildlife viewing.

Everything one needs for a great retreat any time of year! This house is located on a street that is no outlet, a little flatter by Territory standards and great for bike riding and walking.

This beautiful home is fully equipped with all linens, kitchen utensils and entertainment. Deerview comes with 8 proximity cards for access to the Homeowners club including the pools, game room, gym and basketball or pickle ball courts

Golf Weekend

We had heard Galena was good for golf, so we decided to take a trip. This house was in a great location and was perfect for hanging out when we weren’t golfing. It was very clean and the check in and check out processed went very smoothly. We decided a hot tub will always be needed on our future golf trips!

We loved our time here. The house was a great set up with one bedroom on every level. The hot tub was amazing! The kitchen was stocked better than anywhere we have stayed. It was a nice quiet, peaceful location.

Rejuvenating Relaxing space

Rustic space with bears, evergreens & Americana. Living room offers plenty of comfortable, cozy seating, just right for catching up with friends around the fireplace. Large screened in porch and open deck overlooking lovely wooded ravine. Spacious, well-appointed kitchen, (tho we would prefer a Keurig + coffee pot.) Would be helpful to have the decorative grass cut back some for safe backup to the road and seeing the reflective house number. The hot tub was inviting, but we didn't take time to use it. Bedrooms had plenty of drawer & closet space.Thanks for hosting us!

Awesome home! Has everything you need and more!

Myself and two of my friends spent the weekend here to celebrate my 60th birthday! We had a great time and really enjoyed the house. It was easy to find and wasn’t too far from town. We spent our days in Galena and Dubuque and spent our evenings sitting in the screened in porch talking and laughing and having a good time without having to worry about the bugs. It was nice having each bedroom on a separate floor too. With a bathroom on each floor as well. Lots of room to spread out. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it looked amazing! All three of us agreed that we would definitely stay here again!

Great Galena Getaway

Group of lifelong friends (3 couples) have been spending a weekend in Galena together for more than 25 years. This home was perfect for us! The comfy seating in the living room that accommodated 6 people very comfortably was a highlight! A great stay!

Overall a great property: well kept, good amenities, and an easy check out process. The house is tucked back in a nice part of the Galena territory and the deck as well as screen in porch were excellent for outdoor meals. The hot tub and whirlpool tub were some stand out features for us. TLDR; no complaints, would stay again

Our group of 6 really enjoyed the home and location. Every bedroom has its own bath and the kitchen was well stocked. Porch and deck were great and appreciated the nice gas grill too! Would definitely stay again.

We had an excellent time. The place was set up beautifully, everything we wanted. Plenty of space, very well equipped. We did have the urge to take down the Christmas decorations as it was April already. Overall it was a great place. Hot tub was a real treat.

Relaxing Stay

Overall, our group enjoyed the stay. The rental home exactly as advertised and host responsive and helpful during booking. Nice quiet location and great views from both decks. The hot tub was a big hit and easy access from downstairs. Also huge TV and fireplace to unwind after excursions to Galena or Chestnut Mountain ski. Happy with stay.

The property is beautiful a great place to relax, girlfriend, or guys if they want to come golfing. The only two things were that the sleeper sofa mattress needs to be replaced, dropping off the Garbage was a little confusing, but I hope to be back with a group of girlfriends out of all the places that I’ve stayed in Galena This was one of my favorites

Family Vacation

We had a great time at this property. It was well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the pool. The house is in a beautiful wooded area and it is only about 15 minutes to downtown Galena. We also enjoyed the farmers market at the owners club and the open house at the fire station.
