Definition of Below Average

I really am astounded by those that rate this as highly as they do. It was most deceiving in our stay. This hotel is the definition of a below average place that only gets a bump to average because of the friendliness of the staff. It is dirty (smells like a dirty diaper throughout the premises), old, and in some cases unsanitary (the toilet paper roll in our room was completely rusted). You get what you pay for, and nothing more.

The rooms and property were clean and everything worked as it should. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only downside was that the hotel could use some updating and the breakfast could have a better variety. Having said this, I would stay here again.

This property needs serious updating. Our linens and towels were old and soiled. Sheets didn’t stay on the mattress. Things were rusty. The paint job was poorly done. Even the water in the hot pots was lukewarm at best. I would not recommend this to petty.
